The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six non-clog burners and wavy grates, as well as a 24-inch griddle on the right side. The range has a standing pilot and two cabinets for storage. It also includes a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a shelf. The front, sides, shelf, and legs of the range are made of stainless steel. The range has a total BTU of 210,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range has several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides. There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also has options for a 5-burner configuration, a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator and a spring-assisted, counterweight oven door. The exterior finish is made of stainless steel, and the range comes with 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs. The range also includes a stainless steel cabinet base, with optional doors that open from the center. It has a 22.5-inch flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, and optional 5-inch and 10-inch flue risers are available without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning
