The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and features four non-clog burners and a 36" griddle on the right side. It has a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and comes with 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU rating of 172,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified.
The range also includes a factory-installed regulator, a front located manual gas shut-off, and a one-year warranty for parts and labor. It has a 4" stainless steel front rail and a 37" high cooking top. The range comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/saute' burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, pyromax burners, a griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration with a combination of pyromax burners and standard or star burners.
Additional options and accessories for the range include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure feature, battery spark ignition for various components, salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, a spring-assisted oven door, and a stainless steel exterior finish. It comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base with optional doors. The range also includes a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf, and the option for a 5" or 10" flue riser without a shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable drip trays under the burners.
