The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features two star/sauté burners and one 48" griddle on the right side. The range also includes a convection oven with battery spark ignition and a cabinet base with three racks. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 178,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program. Optional accessories include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, 5 burner configuration, flue risers, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops, salamander & cheesemelter mounts, and a quick disconnect with flexible hose. The range is constructed with a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and front located manual gas shut-off. It also has a stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and four removable cast iron grate tops. The oven door is spring assisted with a counterweight, and the exterior finish is stainless steel. The range comes with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and the cabinet base is made of stainless steel. It includes a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf, and optional 5" and 10" flue risers are available. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface, and two removable one-piece drip trays are provided under the burners to catch grease drippings.
