The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that is 60" wide and has a total of 9 burners. The front right side has 3 star/sauté burners, the rear right side has 2 pyromax burners, and the left side has 4 non-clog burners. The range also includes 2 standard ovens with battery spark ignition and comes with 1 rack per oven.
The range has wavy grates and a standing pilot for the open top burners. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. It has a total BTU of 377,000 and is CSA and NSF certified.
The range comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program, which provides additional service and support.
Optional features for the range include a charbroiler, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top or raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
Additional options and accessories include a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, cabinet base doors, flame failure, battery spark ignition for other components, various salamander and cheesemelter mounts, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with flexible hose.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted oven door, stainless steel exterior finish, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range also has a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. The range top has a 27" deep cooking surface with removable one-piece drip trays under the burners.
