The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six star/sauté burners, a 24-inch griddle on the left side, a standing pilot, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The range includes four racks in total and a 22-1/2-inch flue riser with a shelf. It has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 323,000 and is cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program. 

The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a commercial gas range that is 60-3/4 inches wide with a 37-inch high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14-inch stock pot.

There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for full use of the range top, cast iron star/sauté burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration with star/sauté burners in the front and standard burners in the rear, Pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also offers a 5-burner configuration with a combination of Pyromax burners and standard or star burners.

Additional options and accessories include a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters for mobility, a hot top plate that replaces two open burners, and cabinet base doors. The range is available with flame failure and battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are also available. The range comes with a 3/4-inch quick disconnect with a flexible hose that complies with ANSI Z 21.69.
