The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features two non-clog burners with wavy grates and a 48" griddle on the right side. The griddle has thermostatic controls and the burners have standing pilots. The range also includes two standard ovens with battery spark ignition and one rack per oven. It comes with a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and has a stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6" adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 224,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range has several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. It also comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The range has a 4" stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.
There are several optional features available for the range, including a charbroiler on the left or right side, wavy grates for the burners, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, a split burner configuration, pyromax burners, and a griddle top or raised griddle. The range also has options for a 5 burner configuration, a 5" or 10" flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, a hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available as an option.
The range is constructed with a factory-installed pressure regulator, spring-assisted counterweight oven doors, and a stainless steel finish on the front, sides, and shelf. It has 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and a stainless steel cabinet base. The range comes with a 22.5" flue riser with a shelf, but optional 5" and 10" flue risers are available without a shelf.
