The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four non-clog burners with wavy grates, as well as a 36" griddle on the right side. The range also includes two standard ovens with battery spark ignition and one rack per oven. It has a 22-1/2" flue riser with a shelf and is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and legs. The range has a total BTU of 262,000 and is certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF. It comes with a one-year warranty and is eligible for Southbend's Service First™ Program.
The range comes with several standard features, including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a 4" stainless steel front rail. The range is 60-3/4" wide and has a 37" high cooking top. It comes with four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grate able to hold up to a 14" stock pot.

There is also the option for a hot top plate, cabinet base doors, and flame failure. The range can be equipped with battery spark ignition for open tops, charbroilers, griddles, and hot tops. Various mounts for salamanders and cheesemelters are available, and a 3/4" quick disconnect with a flexible hose is included.
