The Ultimate Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features four non-clog burners and four pyromax burners on the right side. The burners have standing pilot ignition. The range also includes one standard oven with battery spark ignition and one convection oven with battery spark ignition. Four racks are included with the range.
The range has a 22-1/2 inch flue riser with a shelf. It is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, shelf, and has 6-inch adjustable legs. The range has a total BTU of 345,000 and is CSA and NSF certified. It also qualifies for Southbend's Service First Program.
The range comes with several standard features including a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases. It also has a front located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. The range comes with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
Additional features include a 4-inch stainless steel front rail, removable cast iron grate tops, and a 37-inch high cooking top. Optional features include a charbroiler, wavy grates, cast iron star/saute' burners, 33K non-clog burners, split burner configuration, pyromax burners, griddle top, raised griddle, and a 5 burner configuration.
Various options and accessories are available such as a 5-inch or 10-inch flue riser, extra oven racks, rear step up burners, casters, hot top plate, and cabinet base doors. Flame failure is also available upon request. The range is constructed with a stainless steel exterior finish, 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs, and a stainless steel cabinet base. The oven interior is double-sided with full porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. The range top has a 27-inch deep cooking surface with removable drip trays.
