The Turbofan® electric convection oven is a countertop oven with a height of 34-1/4". It has a capacity of 6 full-size sheet pans (not included) and a tray spacing of 4-1/8". The oven features touch screen controls, icon-driven programs, USB connectivity, and 5 levels of steam injection. It also has individual shelf control and timers, rethermalization and roast functions, and a stainless steel exterior. The interior is made of porcelain. The oven has 3" adjustable feet and is NSF and cETLus certified. It also has standard features such as auto-start mode, multiple stage cooking, dual halogen oven lamps, and a program and manual mode. The oven has a 2-speed fan system, a slam-shut door latch, and a porcelain-enameled oven chamber. It also has a USB port for program/icon updating and a push-fit continuous oven door seal. Optional features include core probe cooking and a single-phase model. Accessories for the oven include oven wire racks, a Turbofan SK35 Oven Stand, and stacking kits.
