The Turbofan® Convection Oven is an electric, full-size, single-deck oven with a height of 30" when assembled. It features a 2-speed fan, digital display time and temperature controls, and an electronic thermostat control. The temperature range is 140 - 500° F and it has a tray spacing of 3-1/3". The oven has a 1-hour cook cycle timer and a 3-hour hold timer. It also has water injection capabilities and can hold up to 5 full-size sheet pans. The oven has antiskid adjustable stainless steel feet and offers rethermalization and roast functions. The exterior is made of stainless steel with a glass door, while the interior is porcelain. It is ENERGY STAR® certified and has cETLus and NSF certifications. The oven comes with a stay-cool door handle, dual halogen oven lamps, and 5 oven wire racks. It has a compact width of 28 7/8" and a plug-in continuous oven door seal. The oven chamber is porcelain-enameled and has large easy view displays. It has a 2-speed bi-directional reversing fan system and digital display time and temperature controls. The heating power is 6.3kW (220-240V) or 5.6kW (208V). The oven also has an electronic timer with countdown or time count modes and can be used with a core probe for program cooking. It has moisture injection mode with 5 levels and manual injection. The oven has 20 programs with 3 stage cooking and stage end alarms. It comes with anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet and a safe-touch vented side hinged door. Optional accessories include a double stacking kit, an oven stand, and a core temperature probe kit.
