The Turbofan® Convection Oven is an electric countertop oven with a height of 33" when assembled. It has a capacity for (2) full-size sheet pans with a tray spacing of 4-1/2". The oven features manual controls and a mechanical thermostat with a range of 150 - 500° F. It also has a 60-minute timer. The exterior of the oven is made of stainless steel, including the front, sides, and top. The oven door is a pull-down twin pane glass door. The interior is made of porcelain. The oven stands on 3" adjustable stainless steel feet. It is cETLus and NSF certified. The oven comes with several standard features including a stay-cool door handle, heavy-duty door hinges, and a dual halogen oven lamp. It also includes 2 oven wire racks and has a 4 1/2" tray spacing with a capacity for 2 full-size sheet pans. The oven has an easy clean door glass system and a compact width of 31 7/8". It has a plug-in continuous oven door seal and a 60-minute timer with a time up alarm. The oven has a bi-directional reversing fan system and a porcelain enameled oven chamber. The door is a safe-touch vented drop-down door. It operates on a 15A plug-in with a NEMA 6-15P cordset fitted. The oven has a full stainless steel oven fan with a diameter of 7". The mechanical thermostat has a range of 150-500°F. The heating power is 2.8kW for 220-240V and 2.5kW for 208V. The oven stands on anti-skid 2" diameter, 3" high adjustable stainless steel feet.
