The Turbofan® Convection Oven is an electric countertop oven with a height of 26" and a capacity of (4) full-size sheet pans. It features a digital display for time and temperature controls, with an electronic thermostat range of 150 - 500° F. The oven has 20 programs and an electronic timer for precise cooking. Its exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is porcelain. The oven also has a pull-down twin pane glass door and 3" adjustable stainless steel feet. Additional features include an electronic timer, halogen oven lamp, stay-cool door handle, heavy-duty door hinges, and 4 oven wire racks. The oven has a tray spacing of 3 1/8" and a compact width of 31 7/8". It also has twin bi-directional reversing fans, a manual mode, and a program mode. The oven is equipped with a plug-in continuous oven door seal, a porcelain enameled oven chamber, and a safe-touch vented drop-down door. It has large easy-view displays and twin stainless steel oven fans. The oven has a heating power of 5.6kW (220-240V) or 5.0kW (208V) and offers a steam injection mode with 5 levels and manual injection. It has 20 programs with 3 stage cooking and stage end alarms. The oven comes with anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet and is compatible with the Turbofan SK2731U Oven Stand.
