The Turbofan® Convection Oven is an electric oven with a capacity of 5 full-size sheet pans. It has a touch screen control and a temperature range of 140 - 500° F. The oven features up to 5 cooking stages and a 2-speed fan. The oven chamber is porcelain enameled and has dual halogen oven lamps. It also has a USB port and adjustable anti-skid stainless steel feet and exterior. The oven is cETLus and NSF certified. It comes with standard features such as individual shelf timers, a stay-cool door handle, and an icon-driven program menu. The oven also has a compact width of 28 7/8" and a moisture injection mode with 5 levels. It has a plug-in continuous oven door seal and a program and manual mode. The oven has a 2-speed bi-directional reversing fan system and a heating power of 6.3kW (220-240V) or 5.6kW (208V). It comes with anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet and a safe-touch vented side hinged door. Optional accessories include a double stacking kit, an oven stand, and a core temperature probe kit.
