It also features dual halogen oven lamps for better visibility and adjustable anti-skid stainless steel feet for stability. The oven has a power of 5.8kW and is cETLus and NSF approved for commercial use. It comes with five chrome-plated oven racks and a side-hinged door with a slam-shut latch for safe and easy operation. The oven also has a removable plug-in oven door seal for better insulation. The oven has a 3.33" spacing between racks for better circulation and the ability to support larger food items. The oven has a stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. It also has a vented door for safe handling and uses dual-layered glass and halogen lamps for progress viewing. The oven has three-stage cooking and electronic controls for better cooking control and repeatability.
