The oven features a user-friendly LED touchscreen for easy control and operation. It also has USB compatibility for uploading and downloading product menu programs, ensuring consistent and uniform quality in every cooking session. The oven is made of stainless steel on the top and sides, making it resistant to corrosion and reducing the need for frequent cleaning. The fully welded oven chamber is porcelain enamel, ensuring sanitary cooking conditions. The fan baffle, vent, and side racks are all made of stainless steel for added durability. The fan baffle and side racks are removable, making routine cleaning quick and easy. With 5.8kW of heating power and a temperature range of 140 to 500°F, this convection oven delivers perfect cooking results. It features Moffat's Turbofan design with a two-speed bi-directional reversing fan system for high-performance air circulation and even baking. The oven also has a moisture injection system with five programmable levels for introducing steam and preventing food from drying out. Multiple stage cooking, straight and flex cooking modes, and an Auto-Start mode provide better control over cooking results. An optional core temperature probe kit is available for precise readings. The left-hinged door of the oven has two layers of 0.2" thick glass, allowing clear visibility of the products from the outside.
