The exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is porcelain with an enamel coating for easy cleaning. The oven is equipped with Moffat's Turbofan system, which provides faster and more even cooking. The temperature can be adjusted between 150 and 500°F, and there is a 60-minute timer. The oven comes with three chrome-plated oven racks and has a 2.625" space between them for proper air circulation. The pull-down door has dual layers of glass for insulation and energy efficiency. The oven stands on adjustable stainless steel feet and is cETLus and NSF certified.
