The U Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 32,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates. On the right side of the range, there is a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler. The range also includes two standard ovens with three position rack guides and oven racks.

The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, and there is a plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf also made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 301,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.

The range comes with several standard features, including a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, and a stainless steel front and sides. It also has an open storage base instead of an oven, 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, and a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough. The oven door handle is designed to stay cool, and there is a stainless steel plate rail and a large work top surface.

The range has ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates and a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a BTU rating of 38,000. The oven thermostat is snap action modulating and can be set as low as 500°F. The range also includes stamped drip trays, two broiler rack settings, a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf, and a nickel plated oven rack with a removable oven rack guide.

The range also has a powerful 32,000 BTU cast iron open top burner and a 5/8-inch thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control. The raised griddle/broiler section has three cast iron burners, each with a BTU rating of 11,000. The oven has a porcelain ribbed bottom and door, and the top, sides, and back are made of aluminized steel. The oven can fit standard sheet pans in both directions.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, a low profile back guard, flanged deck mount legs, a 240V convection oven motor, and 6-inch leveling swivel casters. There is also an option to replace two open burners with a hot top plate controlled by a manual
