The GF Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features six 26,000 BTU open burners with cast iron top and ring grates. The burners have flame failure protection. The range also includes a 24" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle with a snap action and modulating thermostat that can be set between 175° - 425°F.
The range has two standard ovens with three position rack guides and oven racks. The front, sides, plate rail, and 10" low profile back guard are made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 268,000. The range is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.
Standard features of the range include a stainless steel front and sides, large easy-to-use control knobs, adjustable stainless steel legs, flame failure protection for all burners, a stainless steel 5" plate rail, a large 27" work top surface, a stainless steel low profile back guard, and a gas regulator with a 1" NPT rear gas connection. The range also includes 12" section stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms, spark ignition on all concealed burners (manual ignition for open top burners), a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, and ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates.
Additional standard features include a 38,000 BTU cast iron "H" style oven burner, a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be set up to 500°F, a nickel plated oven rack and 3-position removable oven rack guide, a 26,000 BTU 2 piece cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner, an 18,000 BTU cast iron "H" style griddle burner per 12" width of griddle, a large porcelain oven interior that can fit standard sheet pans in both directions, and electric spark ignition on all burners (requires single phase 115V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz).
