The U Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 32,000. The range also includes a 24" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate. 

The range has two storage bases and is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf. It stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. 

With a total BTU rating of 228,000, the range is CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF certified. It also comes with standard features such as a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, and a large work top surface. 

Other standard features include stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom, a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf, and an open storage base in lieu of an oven. The range also has a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, and ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates. 

The oven features a cast iron "H" style burner with a BTU rating of 38,000. It has a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be set low to 500° F. The oven also includes a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. 

The griddle plate is made of 5/8" thick steel and has a manual hi/lo valve control. It has a working depth surface of 23" and is standard on the right side, but optional on the left. 

The range is available with optional features such as additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, and a 240v 50/60HZ single phase convection oven motor. 

Other optional features include a snap action modulating griddle control, 6" leveling swivel casters, a low profile 9-3/8" backguard, and a hot top plate in lieu of two open burners. 

The range is 59-1/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It is made of stainless steel and has a 5" wide front rail. The legs are 6" tall and come with adjustable feet.
