The Sunfire® Restaurant Range is a gas range with a width of 60 inches. It features six 30,000 BTU open burners and a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler with a 5/8-inch thick steel plate. The range also includes one standard oven with two position rack guides and an oven rack, as well as a storage base.
The front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf of the range are made of stainless steel. It has 6-inch steel core legs for stability. The range has a total BTU rating of 256,500 and is NSF and CSA certified.
Some of the standard features of the range include a pressure regulator, stainless steel front and sides, easy to read control knobs, a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough, a 4-inch plate rail, and an open storage base instead of an oven. It also has a large 27-inch work top surface, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, and a heavy-duty oven door with a keepcool handle.
The oven features a thermostat with a temperature range from Low to 500° F (260° C) and a straight steel tube oven burner with a rating of 33,000 Btuh/9.67 kW. The range also includes easy to clean 6-inch steel core legs, 12-inch section stamped drip trays with a dimpled bottom, and a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless steel shelf. It comes with a nickel plated oven rack and two fixed position oven rack guides.
The range also includes a 5/8-inch thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control, a 30,000 Btuh/8.79 kW 2 piece cast iron "Q" style donut open burner, and a 24-inch raised griddle broiler section with three cast iron burners each rated at 14,500 Btuh/4-25kW. The standard size Sunfire oven has a ribbed porcelain oven bottom and door interior, and aluminized top, sides, and back.
Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, Celsius temperature dials, 6-inch swivel casters with front locking, and a low profile 9-3/8-inch backguard with stainless steel front and sides.
