The GFE Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features six open burners, each with a power output of 26,000 BTU. The burners come with cast iron top and ring grates. The range also has electric pilot ignition for easy and convenient use.

In addition to the burners, the range includes a 24" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle. The griddle has a snap action and modulating thermostat that allows for precise temperature control ranging from 175°F to 425°F. 

The range is equipped with two standard ovens, each with three position rack guides and an oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, and 10" low profile back guard of the range are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. 

The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet, providing stability and flexibility in installation. It has a total power output of 268,000 BTU. The range is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.

Some of the standard features of the range include large easy-to-use control knobs, flame failure protection for all burners, a stainless steel 5" plate rail, and a large 27" work top surface. The range also comes with a gas regulator, stamped drip trays, and spark ignition on all concealed burners.

Additional standard features include a grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, and a cast iron "H" style oven burner. The oven is equipped with a snap action modulating thermostat and a nickel plated oven rack with a removable oven rack guide.

The range also features a cast iron "H" style griddle burner, a large porcelain oven interior that fits standard sheet pans, and electric spark ignition on all burners. The steel griddle plate is 5/8" thick and comes with a manual hi/lo valve control. The range can be configured with a convection oven or a standard oven.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, stainless steel back panels, a convection oven motor, leveling swivel casters, a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless shelf, and a snap action modulating griddle control.
