The Sunfire® Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width and a 24" griddle. It features a 5/8" thick steel plate on the griddle and six 30,000 BTU open burners with cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes two standard ovens with two position rack guides and an oven rack each. 

The front, sides, plate rail, backguard, and high shelf of the range are made of stainless steel. It has 6" steel core legs for stability. The range has a total BTU of 286,000 and is NSF and CSA certified.

Standard features of the range include a pressure regulator, stainless steel front and sides, durable control knobs, a 4" plate rail, a large work top surface, easy to clean steel core legs, stamped drip trays, and a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf.

Additional standard features include a grease trough, split cast iron top ring grates, a heavy-duty oven door with a keep-cool handle, an oven thermostat with a temperature range up to 500°F, and a 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control.

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, Celsius temperature dials, 6" swivel casters with front locking, and a low profile 9-3/8" backguard.

The range is 59-1/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has stainless steel front, sides, and a 4" wide front rail. The legs are 6" with adjustable feet. The range includes ten 30,000 BTU cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. The applicable models also have a griddle with cast iron "H" style burners.

The range has a porcelain oven bottom and door liner, a two-position fixed rack guide with one oven rack, and a heavy-duty oven door with a "keep cool" handle. The oven burner is a straight steel tube burner with a BTU rating of 33,000. The oven thermostat ranges from Low to 500°F.

The range is available with an open storage base in lieu of an oven on the 24" griddle model. The gas input ratings are shown for installations up to 2000 ft. above sea level, and higher altitudes must be specified. The range is not approved
