The GFE Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range with a 60" width. It features 10 open burners, each with a BTU rating of 26,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates and are ignited by electric pilot ignition. The range also includes two standard ovens, each with three position rack guides and an oven rack. 

The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, and it has a plate rail and a 10" low profile back guard. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 336,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.

Standard features of the range include large easy-to-use control knobs, flame failure protection for all burners, a stainless steel 5" plate rail, a large work top surface, a stainless steel low profile back guard, and a gas regulator with a 1" NPT rear gas connection. It also has stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms, spark ignition on all concealed burners, and a 4-1/4" wide grease trough.

Other standard features include a strong, keep-cool oven door handle, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a BTU rating of 38,000, a snap action modulating oven thermostat, a nickel plated oven rack, and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. The range also has a cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner with a BTU rating of 26,000, a cast iron "H" style griddle burner with a BTU rating of 18,000 per 12" width of griddle, and a large porcelain oven interior that can fit standard sheet pans in both directions.

The range is available with optional features such as additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, Celsius temperature dials, stainless steel back panels, a convection oven motor, leveling swivel casters, a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless shelf, a snap action modulating griddle control, and a hot top plate in lieu of two open burners.

The specifications of the range include a large capacity oven that is 59 1/16" wide and 27 1/4" deep. The work top surfaces are also 27 1/4" deep.
