The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features four open burners, each with a BTU rating of 33,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates. Additionally, the range includes a 36" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate.
The range also comes with a standard oven that has three position rack guides and an oven rack. There is also a storage base included. The front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf are all made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.
The total BTU rating for the range is 224,000. It is CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF certified.
Standard features of the range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, a 5" plate rail, a large work top surface, and stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms. The range also has a stainless steel backguard with a removable stainless steel shelf.
Additional standard features include an open storage base instead of an oven, a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, and a cast iron "H" style oven burner. The oven also has a snap action modulating thermostat and a nickel plated oven rack with a 3-position removable oven rack guide.
The range also includes a cast iron "H" style griddle burner and a large porcelain oven interior that can fit standard sheet pans in both directions. The griddle plate is 5/8" thick and has a manual hi/lo valve control.
There are optional features available for the range, such as additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, and a 240v convection oven motor.
The range can also be equipped with a snap action modulating griddle control, leveling swivel casters, a low profile backguard, or a hot top plate in lieu of two open burners.
