The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 33,000. The burners come with cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler on the right side. 

The range is equipped with two standard ovens, each with three position rack guides and an oven rack. The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, providing durability and a sleek appearance. It also has a plate rail, a two-piece back guard, and a shelf for additional storage. 

The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet, allowing for easy leveling. It has a total BTU rating of 307,000. The range is NSF, CSA, CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF certified, ensuring its quality and safety. 

Standard features of the range include a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, a 4-1/4-inch wide grease trough, a strong keep-cool oven door handle, and a 5-inch plate rail. The range also has a large work top surface measuring 27 inches in width. 

The range's ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates provide convenience and efficiency during cooking. Some models of the range come with an open storage base instead of an oven. 

The range's oven features a cast iron "H" style burner with a BTU rating of 38,000. It has a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be adjusted to temperatures as low as 500°F. The oven also includes stamped drip trays and a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf. 

The range offers two broiler rack settings at 3 3/4 inches and 2 1/2 inches. It comes with a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. The open top burners have a BTU rating of 33,000 and are made of 2-piece cast iron. 

The range's oven interior is made of large porcelain and can accommodate standardize sheet pans in both directions. The range also includes a 5/8-inch thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control. The griddle plate has a working depth surface of 23 inches.
