The GFE Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features four open burners, each with a power output of 26,000 BTU. The burners come with cast iron top and ring grates. The range also includes an electric pilot ignition system.

Additionally, the range comes with a 36" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle. The griddle is equipped with a snap action and modulating thermostat, allowing for temperature control between 175°F and 425°F. 

The range is equipped with two standard ovens, each with three position rack guides and an oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, and 10" low profile back guard of the range are made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.

The total power output of the range is 234,000 BTU. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF. The brand of the range is Garland.

Some of the standard features of the range include a stainless steel front and sides, large easy-to-use control knobs, and a stainless steel 5" plate rail. The range also has a large work top surface, a stainless steel low profile back guard, and a gas regulator with a 1" NPT rear gas connection. 

Other standard features include stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms, spark ignition on all concealed burners (manual ignition for open top burners), a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, and a strong, keep-cool oven door handle. The range also has ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates and a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a power output of 38,000 BTU. 

The oven is equipped with a snap action modulating thermostat that can be set as low as 500°F. It also includes a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. The range has a large porcelain oven interior that can accommodate standard sheet pans in both directions.
