The Master Series Broiler is an upright gas broiler with a ceramic radiant deck and an upper finishing oven. It has a storage base and features stainless steel front and sides. The broiler has a removable grid and an on/off control. It also has a 5-position adjustable rack and a piezo spark ignition for the oven. The oven has a porcelain interior finishing and is fully porcelainized. The broiler rack has a broiling area of 24" x 22". The broiler has two large cast iron multi-jet burners with a total of 80,000 BTU. The oven burner has a capacity of 40,000 BTU for natural gas and 35,000 BTU for propane. Optional features include an additional oven rack, stainless steel main back, storage cabinet with doors, end caps and cover, Celsius dial for oven thermostat, stainless steel adjustable legs, 230 volt, 50 cycle components, RC motor, toe base or curb mount, convection oven base, set of polyurethane non-marking swivel casters with front brakes, and rear gas connection. The broiler has a heavy-duty construction and is available in model M60XR with a total of 120,000 BTU or model M60XS with a storage base.
