The Master Series Broiler is an upright gas broiler with a ceramic radiant deck and an upper finishing oven. It has a standard oven base with Piezo ignition and is made with stainless steel front and sides. The broiler has a removable grid and an on/off control. It also features a 5-position adjustable rack and a porcelain interior finishing oven. The oven interior is fully porcelainized and the broiler has a 7-1/2" stainless steel front rail. The broiler stands on 6" legs and has a total BTU of 120,000. It is NSF and CSA certified. Optional features include an additional oven rack, stainless steel main back, storage cabinet with doors, end caps and cover, Celsius dial for oven thermostat, 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, 230 volt, 50 cycle components, RC motor, toe base or curb mount, convection oven base, set of 4 polyurethane non-marking swivel casters with front brakes, and rear gas connection. The specifications for the broiler are as follows: Model #M60XR, two 40,000 BTU large cast iron multi-jet burners, adjustable broiler rack with removable grid, porcelain enamel oven interior with 40,000 BTU cast iron oven burner, stainless steel front and sides, and a total BTU of 120,000. It is available in natural or propane gas and can also be purchased with a storage base with doors, Model #M60XS.
