The Master Series Broiler is a deck-type gas broiler with a single infrared deck and a finishing oven. It has a standard oven base with Piezo spark ignition and is made with stainless steel front and sides. The broiler has 6" legs and operates at 110,000 BTU. It is CSA and NSF certified.
 
 Some of the standard features of this broiler include an air-proving safety switch, a 3 position adjustable rack, and a Piezo spark ignition for the oven. It also has a porcelain interior finishing oven and a fully porcelainized oven interior. The broiler has a 120 volt air intake blower motor and a 7-1/2" stainless steel front rail. It comes with 6" chrome steel adjustable legs and two independent heat controls for the broiling chamber. The broiler has four direct radiant, infra-red burners, each with a power of 17,500 BTU. The removable broiler grid racks sections are 24" wide x 22" deep. The oven has a cast iron burner with a power of 40,000 BTU for natural gas or 35,000 BTU for propane. It also has a large capacity grease container located out of the heat zone.
 
 Optional features for this broiler include an additional oven rack, a stainless steel main back, and a storage cabinet with doors. It can also be equipped with a Celsius dial for the oven thermostat and a toe base (not compatible with the "RC" oven). The broiler can be fitted with 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and end caps and cover. It is also available with a convection oven base by adding "C" to the model number. Polyurethane non-marking swivel casters with front brakes can be added as well. The broiler can have a 3/4" rear gas connection for stand-alone use or a 1-1/4" NPT rear gas connection for battery installation.
