The Master Series Double Broiler is a gas-powered deck-type broiler with two infrared decks and an enclosed base. It features a safety switch, stainless steel front, and a 3/4" rear gas connection with a regulator. The broiler has a free-standing design with stainless steel front and sides, and 6" chrome steel adjustable legs. It operates on 120v and has a burner blower with a cord and plug provided. The broiler has a power output of 140,000 BTU and is NSF certified.
Standard features of the broiler include an air-proving safety switch, a 120V air-intake blower motor, a removable mesh filter for easy cleaning, a 6-foot AC power cord and plug, and 6" chrome steel adjustable legs. It also has a 3/4" rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator, and a stainless steel front, top, and black powder coat epoxy sides. The broiler comes with removable broiler grid rack sections that are 24" wide x 22" deep. Each broiling chamber has two independent heat controls and four direct radiant, infra-red burners with a power output of 17,500 BTU each. The broiler also has large removable grease containers for each broiling chamber, located outside of the heat zone. The broiling racks are adjustable in three positions.
Optional features for the broiler include a stainless steel main back, stainless steel sides (right, left, or both), additional stainless steel adjustable legs or swivel casters, adjustable casters for uneven floors, and polyurethane non-marking swivel casters. There is also an option for an extended broiler rack with a holding zone at the front of the broiler.
