The Master Series Broiler is a deck-type gas broiler with a single infrared deck and a finishing oven. It has a storage base and features stainless steel front and sides. The broiler has a power of 70,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified. Standard features of the broiler include an air-proving safety switch, a 3-position adjustable rack, and a piezo spark ignition for the oven. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, and the finishing oven has a porcelain interior. The oven interior is fully porcelainized, and there is a 120-volt air intake blower motor. The broiler also has a 7-1/2" stainless steel front rail and 6" chrome steel adjustable legs. It has two independent heat controls for the broiling chamber and four direct radiant, infra-red burners. The broiler grid racks sections are removable and measure 24" wide x 22" deep. The oven burner has a power of 40,000 BTU for natural gas and 35,000 BTU for propane. The broiler chamber has a large capacity grease container that is easily removable and located out of the heat zone. Optional features include an additional oven rack, a stainless steel main back, a storage cabinet with doors, a Celsius dial for the oven thermostat, a toe base (not for use with "RC" oven), 6" stainless steel adjustable legs, end caps and cover, a convection oven base, and polyurethane non-marking swivel casters with front brakes. The broiler can have a 3/4" rear gas connection for stand-alone use or a 1-1/4" NPT rear gas connection for battery installation. The specifications of the broiler include four 17,500 BTU direct radiant, infra-red burners, an adjustable broiler rack with a removable grid, and a fan-assisted clean air delivery system for the broiler section. The oven has a porcelain enamel interior and a 40,000 BTU cast iron oven burner. The broiler comes standard with stainless steel front and sides and has two independent heat controls for the broiling chamber. It can be used with natural or propane gas and is also available with a storage base with doors.
