The GFE Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 26,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates and are equipped with electric pilot ignition. The range also includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler on the right side, which has a snap acting and modulating thermostat. 

The range comes with one standard oven that has three position rack guides and an oven rack. It also has a storage base. The front, sides, plate rail, and 10-inch low profile back guard are made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. 

The total BTU rating of the range is 227,000. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF. 

Some of the standard features of the range include a cabinet base instead of an oven, large control knobs, a wide grease trough, flame failure protection for all burners, a strong oven door handle, a 5-inch plate rail, a large work top surface, a low profile back guard, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, and a gas regulator with a rear gas connection. 

The range also has a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a BTU rating of 38,000 and a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be set to temperatures as low as 500°F. It comes with stamped drip trays, two broiler rack settings, a nickel plated oven rack, and a 3-position removable oven rack guide. 

The range is equipped with a 2-piece cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner with a BTU rating of 26,000. It also has a 5/8-inch thick steel griddle plate with a working depth surface of 23 inches. The burners have spark ignition, while the open top burners require manual ignition. 

The oven interior is made of porcelain and can accommodate standardize sheet pans in both directions. The burners have electric spark ignition and require a single phase 115V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz power supply. 

The range also includes a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler section with 3 cast iron burners, each rated at 11,000 BTU. It has one manual hi/lo valve.
