Additional standard features include an open storage base instead of an oven, a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, and a cast iron "H" style oven burner. The oven is equipped with a snap action modulating thermostat and a nickel plated oven rack with a removable rack guide.
The range also features a cast iron "H" style griddle burner and a large porcelain oven interior that can fit standard sheet pans in both directions. The griddle plate is 5/8" thick and comes with a manual hi/lo valve control.
Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, a 240V convection oven motor, a snap action modulating griddle control, 6" leveling swivel casters, a low profile backguard, and a hot top plate in lieu of two open burners.
