The GF Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features four open burners, each with a BTU rating of 26,000. The burners have cast iron top and ring grates and are equipped with flame failure protection.
The range also includes a 36" x 23" smooth steel griddle with a snap action and modulating thermostat that can be adjusted from 175°F to 425°F. There are two standard ovens with three position rack guides and oven racks.
The front and sides of the range are made of stainless steel, and there is a plate rail and a 10" low profile back guard. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.
The total BTU rating of the range is 234,000. It is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, CE, and NSF.
Some of the standard features of the range include large easy-to-use control knobs, a stainless steel 5" plate rail, a large work top surface, and a gas regulator with a 1" NPT rear gas connection.
The range also has spark ignition on all concealed burners, except for the open top burners which require manual ignition.
Other standard features include a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, split cast iron top ring grates, a cast iron "H" style oven burner with a BTU rating of 38,000, and a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be adjusted up to 500°F.
The range also comes with a nickel plated oven rack and a 3-position removable oven rack guide.
The cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burners have a BTU rating of 26,000, while the cast iron "H" style griddle burner has a BTU rating of 18,000 per 12" width of the griddle.
The oven interior is made of large porcelain and can fit standard sheet pans in both directions.
The range is available with electric spark ignition on all burners, requiring either single phase 115V 60Hz or 240V 50Hz.
