The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60 inches in width. It features six open burners, each with a BTU rating of 33,000. The burners come with cast iron top and ring grates. Additionally, the range includes a 24" x 23" x 5/8" thick smooth steel griddle plate. 

The range is equipped with two standard ovens, each with three position rack guides and an oven rack. The front, sides, plate rail, 2-piece back guard, and shelf of the range are made of stainless steel. It also comes with 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. 

The range has a total BTU rating of 310,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF. It includes a pressure regulator and a 1" NPT connection. 

Other standard features of the range include durable and easy-to-read control knobs, a stainless steel 4" plate rail, a large 27" work top surface, and easy-to-clean 6" steel core legs. It also comes with stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms and a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf. 

Additional features include a 4-1/4" wide grease trough, ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates, a heavy-duty oven door with a keep-cool handle, and an oven thermostat with a temperature range from Low to 500° F. The range also includes a 5/8" thick steel griddle plate with manual hi/lo valve control. 

Optional features for the range include additional oven racks, Celsius temperature dials, 6" swivel casters with front locking, and a low-profile 9-3/8" backguard. 

The range is designed for commercial use and is not approved for residential use. It is suitable for installations up to 2000 ft above sea level, and installations at higher altitudes require specification. Note that installation clearance reductions are subject to local codes.
