The G Starfire Pro Series Restaurant Range is a gas range that measures 60" in width. It features a griddle with a 5/8" thick smooth steel plate and two standard ovens with 3 position rack guides and oven racks. The front, sides, plate rail, back guard, and shelf are all made of stainless steel. The range stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. It has a total BTU rating of 166,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF.
The range comes with several standard features, including a gas regulator, large easy-to-use control knobs, a 5" plate rail, and a large work top surface. It also has stamped drip trays with dimpled bottoms, a stainless steel backguard with a removable shelf, and an open storage base instead of an oven. The range is equipped with a grease trough, a keep-cool oven door handle, and ergonomic split cast iron top ring grates.
The ovens have a cast iron "H" style burner with a BTU rating of 38,000 and a snap action modulating oven thermostat that can be set low to 500° F. They also come with nickel plated oven racks and removable rack guides. The range has a cast iron Starfire-Pro open top burner with a BTU rating of 33,000 and a cast iron "H" style griddle burner with a BTU rating of 18,000 per 12" width of the griddle. The griddle plate is made of 5/8" thick steel and has a manual hi/lo valve control.
The range can be customized with optional features such as additional oven racks, flanged deck mount legs, piezo spark ignition for griddle pilots, and a 240v convection oven motor. It can also be equipped with a snap action modulating griddle control, leveling swivel casters, a low profile backguard, or a hot top plate in lieu of open burners.
The range is 59-1/16" wide and has a 27" deep work top surface. It has a stainless steel front, sides, and front rail, as well as 6" legs with adjustable feet. It features ten Starfire-Pro open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. The range comes with a one-piece oven with a porcelain interior and a heavy-duty "keep cool" door
