The Narrow Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit is an electric unit that can accommodate three 12" x 20" pans. It can be used for wet or dry operation and has infinite controls for temperature adjustment. The unit features a stainless steel top and inner liner, as well as a galvanized outer liner. It requires a cutout size of 66-1/2" x 15" and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
 
 Some of the standard features of this unit include a galvanized exterior body, the need for hard wiring in the field, and a standard 1/2" stainless steel drain. The individual hot food wells measure 11.87" x 19.87" and are constructed with 18-gauge stainless steel. The top of the unit has a non-marring press fit top gasket and the wells are slightly depressed to hold in condensation. The unit also has flush mounted die stamped drawn 12" x 20" individual 20-gauge wells.
 
 Options and accessories for this unit include telescoping covers, adapter plates and bars, a 220 volt, 50 cycle electrical system, and single- or double-service flip-up sneeze guards. However, the inclusion of certain options may alter the electrical specifications of the unit.
 
 In terms of specifications, the top of the unit is made of one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel with a 0.63" overhang and die stamped openings. Each well is 6.25" deep and has an individual infinite control and 1000 watt heating element attached to the bottom. The exterior housing is made of 20-gauge galvanized steel and the unit is insulated on all sides with 1" of fiberglass and 2" of fiberfrax blanket insulation on the bottom. The unit has all individual controls wired to a control panel, with 4' of conduit and wire provided. It also has a three-wire electrical junction box for hard-wiring at installation. Models with drains are manifolded together to one main gate valve.
