It can accommodate six 12 x 20 x 8" deep pans, with each pan being heated by a 1000-watt heating element to ensure that every dish remains hot at all times. This unit is specifically designed to fit inside an 81.25" x 25.5" cutout on your counter, creating a seamless food display and holding station. The drop-in hot food well is constructed with a stainless steel top and walls, as well as a galvanized steel exterior liner, making it highly durable in tough foodservice conditions. The sides are insulated with 1" thick fiberglass, while the bottom features a 2" blanket insulation. The unit comes with a single temperature control wired to a control panel, allowing you to either mount it on the counter or set it up in a remote location to reduce the risk of tampering. Additionally, the well is equipped with a 1" male N.P.T. stainless steel drain for easy maintenance.
