This unit features four compartments that can hold 12" x 20" x 6" pans, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens. The top of the unit is made of durable 18-gauge stainless steel, while the exterior is galvanized for added strength. 
 
 Each compartment is equipped with a 1000-watt heating element and can be controlled individually using the temperature control panel. The pans are held securely in place by a press-fit flange gasket, ensuring safe and easy access. The gasket is non-marring, so it won't damage the pans or other tools used during operation. 
 
 The unit is insulated with fiberglass, which not only adds structural integrity but also improves energy efficiency. The slight depression of the well helps collect condensation, and the stainless steel drain allows for easy removal. 
 
 The Delfield N8776-R drop-in hot food well meets all cUL, UL, and NSF guidelines. It requires a 208-230v/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection and is rated at 20 to 22 amps. The unit comes with a 4' long wiring and conduit, as well as a three-wire electrical junction box for hardwiring. 
 
 This drop-in hot food well is designed for wet and dry operation and features a galvanized exterior body. It must be hardwired in the field and comes with a non-marring press fit top gasket. The unit also includes a standard 1/2" stainless steel drain and an 18-gauge stainless steel top. 
 
 Additional options and accessories are available, such as adapter plates and bars, energy-saving power wells, and Flexishield® food shields. These options may alter the electrical specifications of the unit.
