The Narrow Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit is an electric unit designed to accommodate three 12" x 20" pans. It can be used for wet or dry operation and comes with drains. The unit features infinite controls, a stainless steel top and inner liner, and a galvanized outer liner. It requires a cutout size of 66-1/4" x 15" and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified. Key features of the unit include wet and dry operation, a galvanized exterior body, and the need for hard wiring in the field. It also comes with standard 1/2" stainless steel drains and 11.87" x 19.87" individual hot food wells. The top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel and the unit has a one-year parts and 90-day labor warranty. The unit has flush mounted die stamped drawn 12" x 20" individual 20-gauge wells and models with drains are manifolded together standard to one main gate valve. It is insulated on all sides with 1" of fiberglass and has 2" of fiberfrax blanket insulation on the bottom. The unit comes with individual infinite temperature controls that are wired to one main control panel with 4' of conduit and wire. The control panel can be field installed at the desired location. Optional accessories for the unit include telescoping covers, adapter plates and bars, a 220 volt, 50 cycle electrical system, and single- or double-service flip-up sneeze guards. However, including the sneeze guard option will alter the electrical specifications of the unit. The specifications of the unit include a one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel top with a 0.63" overhang and die stamped 19.87" x 11.87" openings with depressed edges. The formed well below each opening is 6.25" deep. Each well has an individual infinite control and a 1000 watt heating element attached to the bottom. The exterior housing is made of 20-gauge galvanized steel and the unit is insulated on the sides and between wells with 1" fiberglass. The bottom has 1" blanket insulation.
