The Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit is an electric unit that features individual pans and a wet/dry type with drain and manifold. It has a 3-pan size for 12" x 20" pans and comes with individual infinite temperature controls. The top and wells are made of stainless steel, while the outer liner is galvanized. The unit requires a cutout of 44-5/8" x 25" and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
 
 Some of the standard features of this unit include wet and dry operation, a galvanized exterior body, and availability for quick shipment. It must be hard-wired in the field and comes with a non-marring press fit top gasket. The unit also has standard 1/2" stainless steel drains and is constructed with an 18-gauge stainless steel top. The wells are slightly depressed into the top to hold in condensation. The unit is insulated on all sides with 1" of fiberglass and has 2" of fiberfrax blanket insulation on the bottom. It comes with a one-year parts and 90-day labor standard warranty.
 
 There are also various options and accessories available for this unit, such as telescoping covers, adapter plates and bars, and the option to omit drains and manifold. It can also be customized with a 220 volt, 50 cycle electrical system and single- or double-service flip-up sneeze guards. However, including certain options may alter the electrical specifications of the unit.
 
 The specifications of the unit include a one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel top with die-stamped openings. Each well is 6.25" deep and has an individual temperature control and 1000 watt heating element attached to the bottom. The wells also have a .5" female N.P.T. drain located in the right rear corner, which all manifold to a .5" gate valve at the left. The exterior housing is made of 20-gauge galvanized steel, and the unit is insulated with fiberglass and blanket insulation. It comes with individual controls wired to a control panel for mounting in the counter or at a remote location. The unit also has a three-wire electrical junction box for hard-wiring at installation.
