The Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit is an electric unit that features individual pans and a wet/dry type with drain and manifold. It can accommodate 5-pan size for 12" x 20" pans. The unit has individual infinite temperature controls and a stainless steel top and wells. The outer liner is made of galvanized steel. The unit requires a cutout of 72-3/8" x 25". It is cUL, UL, and NSF certified. The unit can be used for both wet and dry operation. It has a galvanized exterior body and is available for quick shipment. It must be hard wired in the field. The top of the unit has a non-marring press fit top gasket and is made of 18-gauge stainless steel. It also has standard 1/2" stainless steel drain(s). The wells are slightly depressed into the top to hold in condensation. The unit has flush mounted die stamped drawn 12" x 20" individual 20-gauge wells. The 11.87" x 19.87" single hot food wells are manifolded together standard to one main gate valve. The unit is insulated on all sides with 1" of fiberglass and the bottom has 2" of fiberfrax blanket insulation. It comes with a one year parts and 90 day labor standard warranty. The individual infinite temperature controls are standard wired to one main control panel with 4' of conduit and wire. The control panel needs to be field installed at the desired location. Optional accessories for the unit include telescoping covers, adapter plates and bars, omitting drains and manifold, and a 220 volt, 50 cycle electrical system. Single- or double-service flip-up sneeze guards can also be added, but this will alter the electrical specifications of the unit. The specifications of the unit include a one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel top with die-stamped 19.87" x 11.87" openings. Each well is 6.25" deep and has an individual temperature control and 1000 watt heating element attached to the bottom. The wells also have a .5" female N.P.T. drain located in the right rear corner. All drains are manifolded to a .5" gate valve at the left. The exterior housing is made of 20-gauge galvanized steel. The unit is insulated on the sides and between wells with 1" fiberglass,
