The Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit is an electric unit that features individual pans and a wet/dry type with drain and manifold. It is designed to accommodate 1-pan size for a 12" x 20" pan. The unit has individual digital temperature controls and a stainless steel top and wells. The exterior body is made of galvanized steel. The unit requires a cutout size of 16-7/8" x 25". It is UL, NSF, cUL, and CE certified. The unit can be used for wet and dry operation and has energy-saving power wells. It must be hard-wired in the field. The top of the unit has a non-marring press fit top gasket and is made of 18-gauge stainless steel. The wells are slightly depressed into the top to hold in condensation. The unit is insulated on the bottom and all sides with 1" of fiberglass. The unit comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty. It has standard 1/2" stainless steel drains and energy-efficient 500 watt heat pads per well. The 12" x 20" individual wells are flush-mounted and made of 20-gauge stainless steel. The single hot food wells are manifolded together standard to one main gate valve. The unit has individual digital temperature controls that are standard wired to one main control panel with 4' of conduit and wire. The control panel needs to be field installed at the desired location. Optional features and accessories include an autofill option, fill faucet option, telescoping covers, adapter plates and bars, omitting drains and manifold, 3 phase electrical system, 240 volt 50 cycle electrical system, and single- or double-service flip-up sneeze guards. The inclusion of certain options may alter the electrical specifications of the unit. The specifications of the unit include a one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel top with die-stamped 19.87" x 11.87" openings. The wells below each opening are 6.25" deep and equipped with a 0.5" female N.P.T. drain. The drains manifold to a 0.5" gate valve. The exterior housing is made of 20-gauge galvanized steel. The unit is insulated with 1" fiberglass. It has energy-saving power wells with individual solid state digital temperature controls.
