The Drop-In Hot Food Well Unit is an electric unit that features individual pans and a wet/dry type with drain and manifold. It has a 2-pan size for 12" x 20" pans and comes with individual digital temperature controls. The top and wells are made of stainless steel, while the exterior body is galvanized. The unit requires a cutout size of 30-3/4" x 25" and is UL, NSF, cUL, and CE certified. Some of the standard features of this unit include wet and dry operation, a galvanized exterior body, energy-saving power wells, and a non-marring press fit top gasket. It must be hard-wired in the field and comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty. The unit also has standard 1/2" stainless steel drains and energy-efficient 500 watt heat pads per well. The top is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel and the wells are slightly depressed into the top to hold in condensation. The unit is insulated on the bottom and all sides with 1" of fiberglass. Options and accessories for this unit include an autofill option, fill faucet option, telescoping covers, adapter plates and bars, omitting drains and manifold, a 3-phase electrical system, and a 240 volt, 50 cycle electrical system. It also offers single- or double-service flip-up sneeze guards, although including this option will alter the electrical specifications of the unit. The specifications of this unit include a one-piece 18-gauge stainless steel top with a 0.65" overhang and die-stamped 19.87" x 11.87" openings. The wells below each opening are 6.25" deep and equipped with a 0.5" female N.P.T. drain. All drains manifold to a 0.5" gate valve. The exterior housing is made of 20-gauge galvanized steel and the unit is insulated with 1" fiberglass. It comes with individual solid state digital temperature controls wired to one main control panel and each well has a 500 watt heated pad attached to the bottom and sides. The unit has a three-wire electrical junction box for hard-wiring and is compatible with 208-230V or 240V electrical connections.
