The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a low water, low temperature chemical sanitizing dishwasher that is designed to save energy. It has top mounted controls and a straight-thru design. It can wash up to 40 racks per hour and comes with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel and has a 20-1/2" tall pan clearance. It has a 1 HP wash pump and is ENERGY STAR® approved. It also has UL, cULus, and ETL certifications. Some of the standard features of the dishwasher include an auto start/stop function, a stainless steel scrap tray, and a water inlet with a built-in strainer. It uses only 1.13 gallons of water per cycle and has an integrated scrap tray to prevent food soil from entering the drain system. The dishwasher is made of all stainless steel construction for durability and long life. There are also several available options for the dishwasher, including a sanitizer alarm, extended height, slant shelf, alternative cycle times, stainless steel dishtables, alternative electrical options, a solid/powder dual bowl dispenser, and a stainless steel scrap trap. The dishwasher can be customized with alternative cycle times of 72 seconds, 2 minutes, or 3 minutes. The "TEMP-SURE" option requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
