The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a low temperature chemical sanitizing dishwasher with priming switches. It has top mounted controls and an auto "start/stop" feature for easy and safe operation. The dishwasher has a straight-thru design and can handle 40 racks per hour. It also has a delimer switch and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction and includes one open rack and one peg rack. It has a 1 HP wash pump and is NSF and cULus certified. Some of the standard features of the dishwasher include a stainless steel scrap tray, auto start/stop function, stainless steel impeller, integrated scrap tray, all stainless steel construction, built-in strainer in the water inlet, pump purging system, and top mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps and de-liming system. The dishwasher also has a unique spray arm system with removable wash arms for easy cleaning. There are also several available options for the dishwasher, including a sanitizer alarm, slant shelf, alternative cycle times, stainless steel dishtables, alternative electrical options, solid/powder dual bowl dispenser, and a stainless steel scrap trap instead of the Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. The dishwasher requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
