The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a low temperature chemical sanitizing dishwasher with top mounted controls. It has a corner design and measures 25-3/4" in width. It can wash up to 40 racks per hour and has an external sump and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. The dishwasher has an auto start/stop feature and is made of stainless steel construction. It has a 20-1/2" tall pan clearance and a 1 HP wash pump. The dishwasher is ENERGY STAR® certified and has ETL-Sanitation and cULus certifications. Some of the standard features of the dishwasher include an airgap fill system, Energy Star qualification, and an economical water usage of only 1.01 gallons per cycle. It also has an integrated scrap tray to prevent food soil from entering the drain system. The top mounted controls include built-in chemical pumps and a de-liming system for scale removal. The dishwasher has a unique spray arm system with upper and lower stainless steel wash arms. There are also several available options for the dishwasher, including pull pins, 3 doors that open, a sanitizer alarm, alternative cycle times, an extended (tall) version, and a stainless steel scrap trap upgrade. The "TEMP-SURE" option requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
