The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a low temperature chemical sanitizing dishwasher with a 3-door straight-thru design. It has a compact size of 25-3/4"W x 25-3/4"D x 60"H and can accommodate 40 racks per hour. The dishwasher features a 20-1/2" door opening, top mounted controls, built-in chemical pumps, deliming system, and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. It has an auto start/stop function and is made of stainless steel construction. The dishwasher has a 1 HP wash pump and is ENERGY STAR® and cULus certified for energy efficiency and sanitation. Some of the standard features of the dishwasher include its high capacity of 40 racks or 160 covers per hour, 2 dishracks included, a stainless steel scrap tray for durability, and the option for straight or corner applications. It also has a stainless steel impeller for extended life, an integrated scrap tray to prevent food soil from entering the drain system, and a water inlet with a built-in strainer to prevent debris from clogging the water valve. The dishwasher has a power drain that saves space and eliminates noisy solenoid and external sump, and it uses only 1.13 gallons of water per cycle, making it economical to operate. The dishwasher also has a unique sanitizing system that provides instant sanitation and eliminates chlorine damage to the machine. The top mounted controls include built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system to ensure proper chemical usage. There are also several available options for the dishwasher, including a sanitizer alarm, extended height, slant shelf, alternative cycle times, stainless steel dishtables, alternative electrical options, a solid/powder dual bowl dispenser, and a stainless steel scrap trap. The alternative cycle times include 72 seconds, 2 minutes, and 3 minutes. The "TEMP-SURE" option requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
