The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a 3-door dishwasher with a width of 25-3/4". It uses low temperature chemical sanitizing and has top mounted controls. The dishwasher has a straight thru design with all doors open. It can wash up to 40 racks per hour and has an external sump and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. The dishwasher has an auto start/stop feature and is made of stainless steel construction. It has a pan clearance of 20-1/2" tall and a 1 HP wash pump. The dishwasher is ENERGY STAR® and ETL-Sanitation certified. Standard features of the dishwasher include an airgap fill system, Energy Star qualification, auto start/stop, and economical water usage of only 1.01 gallons per cycle. It also has an integrated scrap tray to prevent food soil from entering the drain system. The dishwasher is made of stainless steel construction for durability and has top mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps and a de-liming system. It has a unique spray arm system with upper and lower stainless steel wash arms. Available options for the dishwasher include pull pins, 3 doors open design, sanitizer alarm, alternative cycle times, extended (tall) version, and a stainless steel scrap trap upgrade. The "TEMP-SURE" option requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
