The Energy Mizer® Door Type Dishwasher is a low water, low temperature chemical sanitizing dishwasher that is designed for efficiency and convenience. It has top mounted controls and a corner design, making it suitable for any kitchen layout. With a capacity of 40 racks per hour, it can handle a high volume of dishes. This dishwasher comes with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system, ensuring proper chemical usage. It also features an auto start/stop function for easy operation. The stainless steel construction guarantees durability and long-lasting performance. With an ENERGY STAR® approval, this dishwasher is economical to operate, using only 1.13 gallons of water per cycle. It also has a scrap accumulator to prevent food soil from entering the drain system. The integrated scrap tray and water inlet strainer further enhance its functionality. Additional options include a sanitizer alarm, extended height, slant shelf, alternative cycle times, stainless steel dishtables, alternative electrical options, and a solid/powder dual bowl dispenser. The dishwasher can also be equipped with a stainless steel scrap trap instead of the Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator. Please note that the "TEMP-SURE" model requires a separate 208-240v 3 phase 40 amp power supply.
